Lucky Sic Bo Analyzer Privacy Policy

1. Service scope and important notice

The App is an informational and entertainment analysis tool. It does not accept or transmit wagers, hold user funds, process casino deposits or withdrawals, or connect users to a gambling operator. Its nine named models use independent fair three-dice samples. The names are display labels and do not represent different predictive algorithms.

2. Information kept on the device

The App may keep the following information only on the device:

• dice inputs, current session history, and analyzer state;
• display, language, vibration, and consent preferences;
• a cryptographically random App installation identifier; and
• an encrypted, server-signed, short-lived PRO entitlement.

Dice inputs, analyzer history, statistics, and guide results are not sent to the Developer’s subscription server. Local information can be cleared using App controls where available, by clearing App storage, or by uninstalling the App, subject to Android backup and device settings. Secure PRO credentials are intended to be excluded from Android backup and device transfer.

3. Information processed for Google Play PRO

When a user purchases, restores, or rechecks PRO, the following limited information is transmitted over HTTPS to the Developer’s verification service:

• Google Play purchase token;
• random App installation identifier;
• package, product, base-plan, and offer identifiers where applicable;
• request time, random nonce, and App version;
• Play Integrity token; and
• subscription state returned by Google Play, including expiry, acknowledgement, renewal, cancellation, replacement, refund, revocation, grace, hold, or pause status where applicable.

Raw purchase and Integrity tokens are redacted from application logs. Purchase and installation identifiers are converted to domain-separated one-way hashes for routine lookup. A raw purchase token may be stored only when continuing verification or reconciliation requires it, and then only encrypted at rest using managed key protection. A raw Integrity token is not retained after the one-time verification request.

The Developer does not receive a user’s card number, bank account, Google password, Google account email, billing address, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone or camera content, advertising identifier, or local analyzer history through the verification service.

4. Technical and support information

The server and its hosting provider may process limited technical records such as an IP address or short-lived keyed IP hash, user agent, request identifier, request and response time, response status, App version, rate-limit state, security result, and service diagnostic. These records are used only to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of subscription verification.

If a user emails the Developer, the Developer receives the sender’s email address and message contents. Support information is used to answer the request, investigate a problem, protect legal rights, or meet a legal obligation. Users should not include payment-card data, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information in support email.

5. Purposes and lawful handling

The Developer processes the limited information above to:

• verify, grant, restore, refresh, and revoke PRO access;
• confirm package, product, purchase, and App integrity;
• acknowledge purchases and respond to Google Play notifications;
• detect replay, token sharing, fraud, and unauthorized access;
• maintain availability, diagnose errors, and answer support requests; and
• comply with law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Depending on the user’s jurisdiction, processing is based on performing the subscription service requested by the user, compliance with law, the Developer’s overriding legitimate interest in security and fraud prevention, or consent where consent is legally required. The App does not sell personal information, use it for behavioral advertising, or perform cross-app tracking.

6. Service providers and disclosure

• Google Play: billing, purchase status, subscription management, refund/revocation information, Real-time Developer Notifications, and Play Integrity.
• Google Cloud: verification API hosting, database, managed signing/key services, authenticated notification delivery, security controls, and limited service logging.
• GitHub Pages: public hosting of this policy. GitHub may receive ordinary web request information when this page is visited; GitHub does not receive App analyzer history from the App.

These providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy documentation. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with a binding legal request, protect users or the service, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer subject to legally required notice and safeguards. The Developer does not disclose App data to casinos, betting operators, data brokers, or advertising networks.

7. International and overseas processing

The Developer intends to place the primary Cloud Run and Firestore resources in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Google Play and Google Cloud may nevertheless process limited billing, Integrity, support, security, and service-operation information in the United States and other countries in which Google and its listed subprocessors operate.

Current Google Cloud subprocessor locations are published at Google Cloud Subprocessors. Google privacy information is available at Google Privacy Policy. Processing needed to provide a user-requested Google Play subscription cannot be fully separated from these providers. A user may decline PRO verification and continue using available Free features, or contact the Developer about available privacy rights.

8. Retention, deletion, and subscription cancellation

• Raw Integrity tokens and request nonces are used for a single verification and are not intentionally retained afterward.
• Developer-controlled purchase/installation hashes, encrypted purchase reference where required, entitlement state, binding, verification/security records, and RTDN receipts are assigned an automatic deletion deadline no later than 90 days after creation. A later check does not extend the original record’s deadline. If a deleted subscription is verified again, a new limited record may be created with a new deadline of no more than 90 days.
• Short-lived rate-limit and access records are retained only as long as operationally necessary and no longer than 90 days unless a specific security incident or law requires restricted retention.
• Support email is retained until the request is resolved and may be retained longer only when reasonably necessary for dispute, security, fraud-prevention, or legal-record purposes.
• Information subject to a legal hold, binding order, refund dispute, chargeback, fraud investigation, or mandatory recordkeeping may be retained for the required period, isolated from ordinary use, then deleted or irreversibly de-identified.

The App does not create a Developer account. Users may request deletion of Developer-controlled installation and subscription- verification data through the in-App deletion control when released, or by emailing digitalspaceout.official@gmail.com. The Developer may request limited proof needed to locate the relevant anonymous record and prevent unauthorized deletion. Requests are handled without unreasonable delay, subject to applicable law and the limited exceptions above.

9. User rights and automated verification

Subject to applicable law, a user may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent where relied upon, or information about processing. Because the service is account-free and identifiers are pseudonymous, the Developer may be unable to locate a record from an email address alone.

Entitlement decisions are made automatically from Google Play state, signed requests, and Integrity/security checks. A failed check may keep PRO locked or end a short offline entitlement. A user who believes the result is wrong may request manual support review. No automated decision is used to set gambling odds, personalize ads, or build a behavioral profile.

10. Security

Planned safeguards include HTTPS, signed short-lived entitlements, Android Keystore-backed storage, managed signing keys, encryption of any retained raw purchase reference, one-way domain-separated hashes, least-privilege service identities, package/product allow-lists, Play Integrity, replay protection, rate limits, restricted database access, log redaction, TTL deletion, and separate production and test environments.

No transmission or storage system is completely secure. The Developer does not promise absolute security and is not responsible for compromise caused solely by a user’s device, operating system, Google account, network, or conduct, to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be waived. Legally required security incidents will be investigated and notified to affected users or authorities as required.

11. Children

The App is not directed to children and is intended only for adults who meet the age requirements applicable in their location. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from a child through the App. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent information directly to the Developer may request its deletion.

12. Changes and controlling law

This Policy may be updated when the App, law, providers, or data practices change. The current version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where legally required. Continued use does not replace consent when a law requires new consent.

This Policy is governed by applicable mandatory privacy law, including the laws applicable to users in their jurisdiction. No clause limits a user’s non-waivable statutory rights. If translated text conflicts, the interpretation that best satisfies mandatory law and the actual data practice will apply.

개인정보 처리방침 한국어 전문

Lucky Sic Bo Analyzer(이하 “앱”)의 개인정보처리자는 이성훈(이하 “개발자”)입니다. 본 방침은 Android 앱, Google Play PRO 구독검증 서비스 및 고객지원에 적용됩니다. 시행일은 2026년 7월 15일입니다.

1. 서비스의 성격

앱은 정보·오락 목적의 분석 도구이며 베팅을 접수·전송하거나 이용자 자금을 보관하지 않고 카지노 입출금이나 도박사업자 연결 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 9개 모델은 모두 서로 독립된 공정한 주사위 3개 표본을 사용하며 모델명은 표시용 이름일 뿐 서로 다른 예측 알고리즘을 뜻하지 않습니다. 과거 결과, 통계, 모델 표본 및 강조된 칸은 실제 주사위 확률을 바꾸거나 결과를 보장하지 않습니다.

2. 기기에만 보관되는 정보

입력 주사위, 현재 세션 히스토리, 분석 상태, 화면·언어·진동·동의 설정, 임의로 생성한 앱 설치 식별자 및 암호화된 단기 PRO 권한이 기기에 보관될 수 있습니다. 주사위 입력, 분석 히스토리, 통계와 가이드 결과는 구독검증 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 앱 내부 초기화, Android 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 로컬 정보를 삭제할 수 있으며 Android 백업 및 기기 설정의 영향을 받을 수 있습니다.

3. PRO 구독검증 시 처리하는 정보

이용자가 PRO를 구매·복원·재확인하면 Google Play 구매 토큰, 임의 설치 식별자, 패키지·상품·베이스 플랜·오퍼 식별자, 요청 시각, nonce, 앱 버전, Play Integrity 토큰 및 Google Play가 반환하는 만료·갱신·취소·환불·철회·유예·보류·일시중지 등의 구독 상태를 HTTPS로 검증 서버에 전송합니다.

원본 구매 토큰과 Integrity 토큰은 애플리케이션 로그에서 제거합니다. 구매·설치 식별자는 통상 조회를 위해 도메인이 분리된 단방향 해시로 변환합니다. 계속적인 검증에 원본 구매 토큰이 꼭 필요한 경우에만 관리형 키를 이용해 암호화하여 보관하며 원본 Integrity 토큰은 1회 검증 후 보관하지 않습니다. 개발자는 이 과정에서 카드번호, 은행계좌, Google 비밀번호, Google 계정 이메일, 결제 주소, 연락처, 정밀 위치, 사진, 마이크·카메라 내용, 광고 ID 또는 로컬 분석 히스토리를 받지 않습니다.

4. 처리 목적과 기술정보

위 정보는 PRO 권한 확인·복원·갱신·철회, 앱·상품·구매 무결성 확인, 구매 승인, Google 알림 처리, 재전송·토큰공유·사기·무단접근 방지, 장애 진단, 고객지원 및 법적 의무 이행에 사용합니다. 서버와 호스팅 제공자는 IP 주소 또는 단기 키 해시, user agent, 요청 ID, 시각, 응답 상태, 앱 버전, 호출 제한 및 보안·진단 기록을 제한적으로 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱은 개인정보를 판매하거나 맞춤광고, 크로스앱 추적 또는 행동 프로파일링에 사용하지 않습니다.

5. 처리 수탁자와 공개

Google Play는 결제, 구독 상태, 환불·철회 정보, RTDN 및 Play Integrity를 처리합니다. Google Cloud는 검증 API, 데이터베이스, 관리형 서명·키 서비스, 알림 전달, 보안 및 제한적 서비스 로그를 처리합니다. GitHub Pages는 이 방침의 공개 웹페이지를 호스팅하며 페이지 방문 시 일반적인 웹 요청정보를 처리할 수 있지만 앱의 분석 히스토리는 받지 않습니다. 개발자는 앱 데이터를 카지노·베팅 사업자, 데이터 브로커 또는 광고 네트워크에 제공하지 않습니다.

6. 국외 처리

주요 Cloud Run·Firestore 자원은 대한민국 서울 리전에 둘 예정입니다. 다만 Google LLC, 적용되는 Google 계열사 및 Google Cloud 재수탁자는 미국과 Google이 운영하는 다른 국가에서 결제, Integrity, 보안, 지원 및 서비스 운영정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이전 항목은 구매·설치 식별자, 구독 상태, Integrity 정보와 제한적 기술·보안정보이고, 이전 시기는 구매·복원·검증·Google 알림 수신 및 서비스 운영 시이며 암호화된 네트워크로 이전됩니다. 개발자가 통제하는 기록의 기간은 아래 제7항을 따르고 Google이 통제하는 기록은 Google 약관과 법정 보존기간을 따릅니다. 현재 재수탁자 및 처리국가는 Google Cloud 재수탁자 목록에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 PRO 검증을 이용하지 않고 제공되는 Free 기능만 이용할 수 있습니다.

7. 보유기간, 파기 및 구독 취소

• 원본 Integrity 토큰과 nonce는 1회 검증 후 의도적으로 보관하지 않습니다.
• 개발자가 관리하는 구매·설치 해시, 필요한 경우의 암호화 구매 참조, 권한 상태, 바인딩, 검증·보안기록 및 RTDN 수신기록은 최초 생성 후 90일 이내 자동 파기 기한을 부여합니다. 이후 확인으로 기존 기록의 기한을 연장하지 않으며 삭제 후 재검증하면 최대 90일의 새 제한기록이 생성될 수 있습니다.
• 접속·호출 제한 기록은 운영에 필요한 기간 동안, 원칙적으로 최대 90일만 보관합니다. 법적 보존, 환불·차지백 분쟁, 보안사고, 사기 조사 또는 법적 청구에 꼭 필요한 정보는 접근을 제한하여 필요한 기간 보관한 뒤 삭제 또는 복원 불가능하게 처리합니다.

앱은 개발자 회원계정을 만들지 않습니다. 출시 후 앱 내부의 삭제 기능 또는 digitalspaceout.official@gmail.com으로 설치·구독검증 기록 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 익명기록을 찾고 제3자의 무단삭제를 방지하기 위한 최소한의 확인을 요청할 수 있으며, 관련 법령상 예외가 없으면 부당한 지연 없이 처리합니다.

앱 데이터나 서버 검증기록 삭제는 Google Play 구독을 취소하지 않습니다. 구독은 Google Play에서 별도로 취소해야 합니다. 반대로 구독 취소는 다음 갱신을 중단하지만 로컬 앱 데이터나 아직 보유기간 안에 있는 기록을 자동으로 삭제하지 않습니다.

8. 정보주체 권리와 자동검증

적용 법률에 따라 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·이의제기·동의철회 등을 요청할 수 있습니다. 서비스는 회원계정 없이 가명 식별자를 사용하므로 이메일 주소만으로는 관련 기록을 찾지 못할 수 있습니다. 권한판정은 Google Play 상태와 서명·Integrity·보안검사에 따라 자동으로 이루어지며 실패하면 PRO가 잠기거나 단기 오프라인 권한이 끝날 수 있습니다. 결과에 이의가 있으면 고객지원에 사람의 검토를 요청할 수 있습니다.

9. 안전성 확보조치

HTTPS, 단기 서명 권한, Android Keystore 기반 저장, 관리형 서명키, 필요한 원본 구매 참조 암호화, 단방향 해시, 최소권한 계정, 패키지·상품 허용목록, Play Integrity, 재전송 방지, 호출 제한, 데이터베이스 접근통제, 로그 비식별·제거, TTL 삭제 및 운영·시험환경 분리를 적용할 예정입니다. 어떠한 시스템도 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수 없으며 이는 법률상 포기할 수 없는 이용자의 권리나 개발자의 책임을 배제하지 않습니다.

10. 아동, 변경 및 문의

앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 이용지역의 연령요건을 충족한 성인을 위한 서비스입니다. 방침이 변경되면 새 시행일과 함께 이 URL에 게시하고 법률상 필요한 중대한 변경은 추가로 알립니다. 법률이 새 동의를 요구하는 경우 계속 사용만으로 동의를 갈음하지 않습니다.
