Lucky Baccarat Analyzer Privacy Policy

Lucky Baccarat Analyzer keeps analyzer inputs, history, and preferences on your device. These analyzer data are not sent to the Developer.

The App does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, advertising identifiers, or web views for the analyzer feature. Limited data is processed only to verify and manage Google Play PRO subscriptions and to prevent abuse, as described below.

The App stores the following information locally on your device:

• dark mode preference
• vibration preference
• language preference
• startup consent status
• analyzer history and state
• a random app-installation identifier
• an encrypted, signed PRO entitlement with a limited lifetime

Analyzer history and preferences are not transmitted to the Developer. The random installation identifier is used only for subscription verification and abuse prevention.

When you purchase, restore, or recheck PRO, the App sends the following data over HTTPS to the Developer's Google Cloud server:

• a Google Play purchase token
• a random app-installation identifier
• the request time and requested product identifier
• a Play Integrity token used to verify the app and device

The server converts purchase and installation identifiers to one-way hashes before storing them. It stores subscription status and expiry, Integrity result, recent hashed installation records, and limited fraud-prevention and notification metadata. It does not receive your name, email address, phone number, card number, financial account information, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone or camera data, advertising identifier, analyzer history, or behavioral analytics.

Analyzer features can operate offline. Internet access is used for Google Play billing, subscription verification, Play Integrity checks, subscription-status notifications, privacy policy links, app downloads, and updates.

The App does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting services.

Google Play processes purchases and Play Integrity data under Google's terms and privacy policy. Google Cloud hosts the verification service and may process technical connection logs, including an IP address, user agent, request time, response status, and service diagnostics. The Developer does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

If your device or operating system automatically backs up app data, that backup is handled by your platform provider under its own terms and settings. Secure PRO credentials are excluded from Android backup and device transfer by the App's backup rules.

If you contact the Developer by email, the Developer will receive your email address and any information you include in your message.

That information will be used only to respond to your inquiry or address your request, unless disclosure is required by law.

Subscription and purchase data are processed as necessary to provide and restore the PRO features requested by the user. Integrity and limited security metadata are processed for the Developer's legitimate interests in preventing fraud, protecting the service, and enforcing subscription terms. Information may also be retained or disclosed where required by applicable law.

Google Play provides billing and Integrity services, and Google Cloud acts as a service provider for hosting, database, logging, and authenticated notification delivery. The primary Cloud Run and Firestore resources are located in Seoul, South Korea. Google may process limited service and support data in other locations under its applicable terms and privacy documentation.

Local App data remains until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App, subject to platform backup settings. Signed PRO entitlements expire no later than seven days after their latest online verification and never later than the paid subscription expiry.

Server-side purchase and installation hashes, subscription state, and related security records are assigned an automatic deletion deadline no later than 90 days after the record is first created. Later subscription checks and notifications do not extend that deadline. If the user verifies PRO again after a record has been deleted, a new limited record may be created and will receive its own deadline of no more than 90 days. Notification receipts are deleted within 90 days after receipt.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to the Developer by email, please contact the Developer so appropriate steps can be taken.

Subscription-verification requests use HTTPS. The App verifies a signed server entitlement before enabling offline PRO and stores it using Android encrypted storage. The server uses Play Integrity, request binding, rate limits, least-privilege service accounts, hashed identifiers, and restricted backend access.

No security measure is perfect. The security of locally stored data also depends on the controls of your device and operating system. If the verification service is temporarily unavailable, a previously verified entitlement may continue only until its signed expiry time.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If it is updated, the revised version will be posted with a new effective date.

서버의 구매·설치 해시, 구독 상태 및 보안 기록은 최초 생성 후 최대 90일 이내로 자동 삭제 기한이 지정되며 이후 확인 요청으로 기한이 연장되지 않습니다. 삭제 후 사용자가 PRO를 다시 확인하면 새로운 최소 기록이 생성될 수 있고 이 기록에도 최대 90일의 삭제 기한이 적용됩니다. RTDN 알림 수신 기록은 수신 후 90일 이내 삭제됩니다. 기기 안의 분석 기록은 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 삭제할 수 있습니다.

서버 통신에는 HTTPS를 사용하며 Play Integrity, 요청 바인딩, 호출 제한, 최소 권한 서비스 계정 및 Firestore 접근 제한을 적용합니다. 앱은 광고, 행동 분석 및 충돌 수집 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.
